Ti It mechanism and swivel bracket 1F rom the front side of the swivel bracket, fit the tilt lock plate (inner) over the bosses on both right and left sides of the bracketFrom the rear side, bring the tilt lock plate (outer) into the bracket and align the pin hole in the tilt lock plates (inner and outer)
