Reed valve and intake manifold 1Screw the two stud bolts into the intake manifoldNOTE: Before screwing the bolts into the throughholes, coat them with locking agent2Place the gaskets on both faces of the reed valve seat, and bolt them to the crankcase with the intake manifoldNOTE: The two gaskets differ in shape, so take care not to confuse their positionsThe gaskets are so shaped as to fit the crankcase and intake manifold, respectivelyInstall the fuel pipe clamp in the specified positionsNOTE: The bolts are in two different lengths Carburetor and silencer cover For the procedure for carburetor and silencer cover installation, refer to page 3-20Orainless hose Fit two clips around the drainless hoseConnect one end of the hose to the delivery side of the check valve and the other end to the joint on the intake side, and lock with clips
