Exhaust covers Remove the 15 bolts securing the exhaust covers, and remove the exhaust outer and inner coversNOTE: 1To remove the covers, insert slottedhead screwdriver between the lugs of both covers and the exhaust manifold, and pry them out2Be careful not to scratch the gasket surfaces of covers with the screwdriverRemove the oil seal housing bolt, and while tapping on it with plastic hammer, pull out the oil seal housing Crackcase 1Remove the crankcase bolts and, tapping on the tabs on the crankcase, remove the crankcase from the cyl inder bodyNOTE: Be careful not to insert the screwdriver between the crankcase and cylinder
