2Loosen the neutral starting device cable adjust bolt locknut, turn the adjust bolt so that the gap between the plunger and the sheave drum is mm (0.04 in), and tighten the locknut
2Connect the tachometer reads to the lighting coil reads
1 mm (0.04 in)
NOTE: On thetachometer, read the tachometer operation manual3Loosen the stopper bolt locknut on the arm, and loosen the stopper bolt

3Turn the shift handle to Forward or Reverse and by pulling the starter rope, check to see that the starter is locked Throttle linkage adjustment in neutral position 1Start the motor
