(1) (2) Secure outboard motor to dedicated stand firmlyTake special care not to scratch painted surface or mating surfaces of cylinder and crankcase(3) Replace unreusable parts such as packings, gaskets, rings, oil seals, spring pins or split pins with new ones after they were removedReplace deformed snap rings with new ones16 18 16 54
