7-26 POWERHEAD 25Install the rotating assembly into the cylinder block, making sure the crankshaft faces the correct wayThe splined end of the crankshaft should face driveshaft housing side26Ensure the bearing stopper pins rest snugly in the cutaways, 27Lubricate the seals with marine grease and install28Install the crankcase and tighten the bolts to specification in several stages using the proper tightening sequence29Install the exhaust cover and tighten the bolts securely, 30Install the inlet case and tighten the bolts to specification in several stages using the proper tightening sequence31Install the valve and spring into the cylinder block, 32lnstall the cylinder head and tighten the bolts to specification in several stages using the proper tightening sequence33Install all components previously removedDT55 and DT65 See Figures and 6
