OIL INJECTION 6-19 REMOVALINSTALLATION
Water Level Switch
Turn the battery switch off andor disconnect the negative battery cable2Remove the engine cover3Locate the overheat sensor on the cylinder head4Label and disconnect the switch harness5Remove overheat sensor attaching bolts6Using pliers, grab the tongue of the sensor and twist slightly to removeTo install: 7Check the O-ring on the end of the sensor for damage and replace as necessary8, Lubricate the O-ring and install the sensor in the cylinder head9Install overheat sensor attaching bolts and tighten them securely10Connect the switch harness11Turn the battery switch on andor connect the negative battery cable12Test the overheat system for proper operation13Install the engine cover Heat Sensing Switch
