USING THE SUZUKI CDI TESTER (09930-99810)
1Before using the tester, make sure to set the tester to the proper voltage range (IOOV, 117V, 220V and 240V)If the selector is not set at the proper voltage range, remove the fuse and pull out the voltage selector and reinsert into unit so that thevoltaae scale is visible in the cutawayr 2Connect theunitto the test cord and the test cord to the CDI testerl 3Connect the AiC cord to power source4Push the "TEST" buttonBoth the power light and CDI indicator light should come onThis indicates that the CDI unit is functioning properlyIf the power light is ON and the CDI indicator light is OFF, the CDI unit is not working properly and need to be replacedIf both the lights on the CDI tester are out, check to see if the tester unit fuse is blown, and if so find the cause and then replace the fuseAlso check the AiC power source going to the tester66)
