IGNITION AND ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS 5-27 3Disconnect the CDI unitlignition coil leads The ignition coil and CDI unit are integrated into one assembly4Remove the elastic band and lift the CDI unitlignition coil from the electric parts holderTo install: 5Set the CDI unitlignition coil assembly into the electric parts holder and secure it with the elastic band6Connect the CDI unitlignition coil leadsMake sure all connections are tight and free of corrosion7Connect the spark plug wires8Install the engine coverDT55 and DT65 To install: 5Install the ignition coils in the electric parts holderMake sure the retaining bolts are secure6Connect the ignition coil leads to the CDI unitMake sure all the connections are tight and free of corrosion7Install the cover on the electric parts holder8Install the spark plug wires9Install the engine coverDT75 and DT85
