FUEL SYSTEM 4-19 these carburetors are mostly confined to different calibrations and linkage setupsRemoval procedures may vary slightly due to differences in linkageThese differences will be noted whenever they make substantial change in procedure 7After removing the carburetor nuts, lift the carburetors off the engineTo install: 8Identify each carburetor by the mark scribed on the float bowl during removalPlace the carburetors in-line on the work bench9Install the throttle and choke linkage10Place new one piece gasket on the carburetor throats and align the silencer case to the carburetor assemblies11Install the fuel hose from the fuel filter to the carburetorsSecure all connections with the clamps12Install the silencer cover over the silencer case13Install and tighten the screws securing the silencer cover in place14Mount the outboard unit in test tank, or put the boat in body of water, or connect flush attachment and hose to the lower unitConnect tachometer to the powerheadREMOVALINSTALLATION
