Basically, there are kinds of fixed wrenches open end, box end, and combination Open end wrenches have 2-jawed openings at each end of the wrenchThese wrenches are able to fit onto just about any nut or boltThey are extremely versatile but have one major drawbackThey can slip on worn or rounded bolt head or nut, causing bleeding knuckles and useless fastenerBox-end wrenches have 360' circular jaw at each end of the wrenchThey
