NEUTRAL START INTERLOCK (NSI)
INSTALLATIONADJUSTMENT
1Shift into "NEUTRAL" position2Install the NSI cable in the recoil starter, clutch notch plate, and the cable bracket3Loosen the adjustment nut 34Turn the adjustment nut to align the center of the cam with the match mark on the recoil starter case5Pull the recoil starter and make sure that the starter does not work when the shift lever is in "FORWARD" and "REVERSE" position6Tighten the adjustment nut7Apply Suzuki Water Resistant Grease to inner cable, cable end, and cam99000-25160Suzuki Water Resistant Grease
