PTT MOTOR RELAY
INSPECTION 1Disconnect battery cable from battery2Disconnect all cableslead wires from PTT relay3Check resistance between each two (2) lead wires$ 09930-99320: Digital testerTester range: (Resistance) Between "P" wire and "B" wire: 25 37 Between "Lbl" wire and "B" wire: 25 37 4Connect "R" wire to positiveterminal, and black wire to negativeterminal of 12 battery! Each operation test must be performed within seconds to avoid overheat damage to the relay coilBl Lbl R
5Temporarily connect jumper wire from the "P" lead wire to the battery positiveterminal, then check voltage between "G" wire and "B" wire$ 09930-99320: Digital testerTester range: DCV Between "G" wire and "B" wire: 12 (Battery voltage) 6Temporarily connect jumper wire from the "Lbl" lead wire to the battery positiveterminal, then check voltage between "Bl" wire and "B" wireBetween "Bl" wire and "B" wire: 12 (Battery voltage) 7If inspection in step andor step 5, fails, replace PTT relay
