housing (49)On DT20 models (FigSZ8-22), apply mm "'ide bead of silicone sealer to each side of "0" ring groove on bearing housing (49)On DT25 models (FigSZ8-23), silicone sealer should be applied to bearing housing (49) in areas shown at (A-FigSzg-25)When installing propeller shaft assembly on all models, tab of thrust washer (39- FigSZ822 or Fig_ SZ823) must engage locating notch in upper gearcase while hole in bearing housing (49) must engage locating pin (50) in upper gearcaseApply water-resistant grease to all "0" rings and to lip portion of sealsApply silicone sealer to upper and lower gearcase mating surfaces and to mating surfaces of drive shaft housing and gearcase assemblyWith gearcase assembly installed, adjust shift linkage by first ensuring gearcase is in neutralSet shift control handle exactly between "F" and "R" positions, then tighten shift rod connector (C-FigSZ8-21)Fill gearcase with outboard gear oil as outlined in LUBRICATION sectionFigSZ'24-lostall clutch on propeller shaft with "F" marlrfld side towards forward gr
