SERVICE MANUAL BLEED OIL INJEcrION SYSTEMAir must be purged from ifjection system if oil pump, oil lines or tank have been removed or renewed, or if unit has been in long term storageFill fuel tank with 50:1 mixture of gasoline and recommended oil to ensure proper lubrication during bleeding procedureFill oil tank with recommended oilLoosen bleed screw (S-FigSZ7-7) two or three turnsStart engine and allow to idle (600-650 rpm) until air free oil is discharged from bleed screw (S)Be sure to securely retighten bleed screwCHECKING OIL PUMP OUTPUTStart engine and allow to warm-up to normal operating temperatureRemove oil tank and connect Suzuki oil measuring gage 09900-21602 to oil lineFill oil measuring gage with recommended oil and bleed system as previously describedRefill oil measuring gage to an upper reference markStart engine and maintain speed at 1500 rpm for five minutesPump output should be 1.2-1.8 mL (0.04-0.06 oz in five minutes at
