REMOVE AND REINSTALLRemove engine coe rDisconnect neutral start interlock cable from throttle limiter (17-FigSZI!l-!-J)Disco nnect and remove oil tankremove the rewi nd starter and remove ir box silencerDisconnect oil pump control rod from carburetor and remove choke knobDisconnect and remove carburetorRemove throttle lever rod from throttle lever, disconnect battery cables from stlrter motor and re move two cables from st.arter relayDisconnect brown and greenyellow wires from neutral start switchLoose electric pm1s holder attaching screw and disconnect all interfering wiresRemove inlet hose from fu el pumpRemove flywheel usi ng suitable pulle rRemove power head mounting sc rews and lift power head off drive shaft housingBefore installing power he adbe sure drive sh aft sp ines are clean Apply light coating of water-resistant grease 1.0 drive shaf splinesApply Suzuki Silicone Sea 9!-JOOO-:3 1120 or uitable equival nt to mating surfaces of power head and drive shaft housing and threads of power head moullting screwsLower power head onto drive sh aft housing while rotating power head slightly to engage crankshaft and drive sha ft splinesRe mainder of reinstalla tion is the reverse of removal proced ure
