Reassembly is reverse order of disassembly with the special attention to the following stepsVALVE 1Install the valve spring seat 12Apply the engine oil to the valve stem seal 23Install the valve stem seal onto the valve guide by pushing the tool with finger tip09917-98210: Valve stem seal installer Do not re-use the seal once removedAlways use new seal
