ENGINE CONTROL SYSTEM
SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM
The self-diagnostic system alerts the operator when an abnormality occurs in signal from the sensor, switch, etcWhen the system is activated, the "CHECK ENGINE" lamp flashes (lights intermittently) according to each code pattern along with buzzer soundWhen the engine is running, the buzzer sounds series of short (0.2 sec beepsWhen the engine is not running, the buzzer sounds according to each code pattern, but not simultaneous with the lamp flashThe buzzer sound, activated by the self-diagnostic system, can be temporally canceled by pushing the ignition key in(Remote control model only) NOTE: On the tiller handle model, alerts is signaled by sound sequence only from the buzzer contained in the tiller handle
