MID UNIT 7-3 INSTALLATION Installation is reverse order of removal with the special attention to the following steps Apply the Water Resistant Grease to the bushings99000-25161Suzuki Water Resistant Grease Tighten the pivot bolt and the pivot nut to the specified torqueTiller handle pivot bolt12 N.m (1.2 kg-m, 8.5 lb-ft) Tiller handle pivot nut17 N.m (1.7 kg-m, 12.5 lb-ft) Install the throttle control inner cable to the carburetor(See the page 4-5) Check that the throttle control is smoothly operated from the full closed position to the full opened position DISASSEMBLYREASSEMBLY
