link (11)rotate throttle control lever (15) clockwise until lever contacts throttle control lever stop (17) on cylinder block, then adjust throttle link (11) so carburetor valve is fully openNOTE: Throttle and spark advance must occur simultaneously, If not, readjust throttle link (11) as necessary to provide simultaneous throttle and spark advance
