Shift Position Sensor Inspection

1) Turn ignition switch OFF2) Connect 3-pin test cord between shift position sensor and wire harness as shown in figure3) Turn the ignition switch ON4) Connect tester probe as shown in the illustration and check for sensor power source voltageSensor power source voltage Standard: Approx5 V
5) Connect tester probe as shown in the illustrationCheck for sensor output voltage while operating remo-con handleSensor output voltage Shift position Forward Neutral Reverse Output voltage Approx3.7 Approx2.5 Approx1.2 V
