Measure the conrod big end oil clearance as follows: 1Clean the surface of the conrod, the conrod cap and the crank pin2Place piece of the plastigauge on the crank pin with parallel to the crankshaft, avoiding the oil hole& 09900-22301: Plastigauge
3Install the conrod cap4Apply the engine oil to the conrod bolts and tighten the bolts to the specified torque Conrod cap bolt: 12 Nm (1.2 kgf-m, 8.5 lb-ft) NOTE: Do not rotate the conrod with the plastigauge in place
