Crank pin outside diameterdifference Measure the crank pin outside diameter in the thrust and axial directions at two positions as shownCheck for the followings: Difference of the measurements at two positions (Taper) Difference between the thrust and axial measurement (Out-of-round)09900-20202: Micrometer Service limit: 0.010 mm (0.0004 in) If the measurement exceeds the service limit, replace the crankshaftCrank pin outside diameter: Standard: 28.982 29.000 mm (1.1410 1.1417 in) Conrod big end inside diameter Measure the conrod big end inside diameter as follows1Clean the surface of the conrod and the conrod cap2Install the conrod cap to the conrod3Apply the engine oil to the conrod bolts and tighten the bolts to the specified torque Conrod cap bolt: 12 Nm (1.2 kgf-m, 8.5 lb-ft)
