6-21 POWER UNIT
CYLINDER HEAD ASSEMBLY
(Cylinder headvalvecamshaft)
REMOVAL
Prior to removing cylinder headRemove the power unit(see page 6-3 to 6-6) Remove the timing chain(see page 6-15 to 6-16) 1Remove the bolts securing the camshaft housing to cylinder head, then remove each camshaft housing
NOTE: For ease of assembly, note position of each individual camshaft housing2Remove intake and exhaust camshafts
3Loosen ten (10) cylinder head bolts in the order indicated in figure and remove them4Remove cylinder head assembly and head gasket
