NOTE: This kit is used to attach Ride-Guide cable to outboard steering arm ONLY when "Transom Mounted Ride-Guide Attaching Kit" is being usedIf Ride-Guide cable is installed thru outboard tilt tube, then "Steering Link Rod" must be used
Installation Instructions
1Install clevis to steering cable as shown2Lubricate 38 inx 1-38 in(9.5 mm 34.9 mm) bolt (area without threads) with 2-4-C wTeflon, then secure clevis to steering cable with this bolt and locknutTorque locknut (item "d") to 10 Ibft(13.5 Nm)
