2To replace brush card, disconnect spade terminal3Cut crimped brush lead4Remove screws securing brush card to end cap
aSpade TerminalCrimped Brush LeadScrews 5Install new brush card (BRUSH and SEAL KIT 828714A1)6Crimp metal connector onto motor lead and new brush lead7Connect spade connector motor lead to brush card connector8Secure brush card to end cap with screws and lockwashers9Inspect O-ring for cuts and abrasionsReplace O-ring as required (BRUSH and SEAL KIT 828714A1)
