Vapor Separator Reassembly
1Reinstall phenolic sealing plate onto vapor separator cover2Secure float, needle and pivot pin assembly to separator cover with screwTorque screw to 10 lbin(1.0 Nm) 3Apply 2-4-C wTeflon to lips of seal in separator cover4Connect electrical harness to fuel pumpInspect fuel pump filter screen for debrisRemove screen and clean as required5Seat fuel pump and harness into separator cover being careful not to pinch harness
