4Remove sta-strap securing air temperature sensor harness to fuel hose5Remove vapor separator vent hose to air plenum
NOTE: Upper fuel hose goes to fuel coolerLower fuel hose goes to electric pump beside fuelwater separator6Remove the fuel inlet hose from the pulse fuel pump7Remove the fuel outlet hose and fuel return hose from the vapor separator8Remove mounting bolts and remove separator
