FUEL AND AIR PRESSURE TEST
Correct fuelair pressures and volumes are critical to the proper operation of the OptiMax systemCheck pressures and volumes using the dual pressure gauge and the following procedureAir pressure 538565 kPa (7882 psi)Fuel pressure 607634 kPa (8892 psi)Good pressure does not necessarily confirm good volumes To confirm good air volume, momentarily pinch off the air discharge hose on the port side of the enginePressure should rise very quickly to about 827 kPa (120 psi) or higherTo confirm good fuel volume, momentarily pinch off the fuel return hose on the port side of the enginePressure should rise very quickly to about 827 kPa (120 psi) or higher
