2If moun ti ng the trim pump on floor moun bracket, mount pu mp to bracket and install floor mount bracket by following instructions which accompany the floor mount bracket3Route rim hoses thru in let cove as shownPlace rubber grommets on tri hoses Power Trim Hose Connections to Outboard
IMPORTANT: The power trim system is filled with 01 1Make hose connections as qu ickly as possible to prevent oil from leaking out of the system 1Remove sh ipp ing caps fro starboard trim hose co nnection and co nnec starboard ri hose (a) to starboa rd hydraulic li ne (b) on outboard Be careful not to cross-thread overt ig hten hose fitti ng2Remove sh ipp ing caps from port tr im hose connections and connect port tri hose (c) to port hyd raulic li ne (d) on outboardBe careful not to crossthread or overtig hten hose fitti ng3Make sure trim hoses are routed hru inlet cover free of stress then push rubber grom mets into cover
