Adaptor Replacement NOTE: Adaptor is rebuildableOrder "Trim Pu mp Adaptor Repair Kit" (99074) Instructions are supplied with repair kit,Remove solenoid plate from motor assembly by removing locknuts and boltLift solenoid plate from studs
Do nolloosen
dlocknuts (2 Each)
5Remove "0" ringcoupling, and studs from old adaptor and install them in new adaptor as shown
6Align coupli ng slot (shallow) wi th adaptor shaft by insert ing screwdriver into deep slot and turni ng coupling 12 turn (pu sh down on sc rewdriver whi le turn ing)7Lub ricate coupli ng with Quicksilver Need le Bearing Lu bricant or Qu icksi lver 2-4-C Marine Lubricant
