7 If measurements are not equal to within 164 in (0.4mm), remove locating pin and reshimcompression spring to obtain the measurement required
Shift Shaft Bushing
REASSEMBLY 1Position shift shaft bushing on press with threade( side down
2Apply Loctite 271 (92-32609-1) to outside diameter o' oil seal3Press oil seal into shift shaft bushing with lip of seal up
IMPORTANT: Wipe any excess Loctitefrom 011 seal and bushing_ 45Clutch Actuator Rod with One Additional Shim Washer Added to Front End 6Place rubber washer against oil sealInstall O-ring over threads and up against shoulder 01 bushingLubricate O-ring and oil seal with 2-4-C Marine Lubricant (92-90018A1 2)
