IMPORTANT: Reverse gear assembly must be installed in gear housing when checki ng pinion gear depth or an inaccurate measurement will be obtained12Clean the gear housing bearing carrier shoulderInstall Bearing Preload Tool (91 14311A2) over drive shaft in sequence shown
NOTE: Bearing Preload Tool (9 1-44307A 1) may also be usedFollow instructions provided with tool for proper installation
