Drive Shaft and Pinion Gear
REASSEMBLYINSTALLATION
1Apply light coat of Needle Bearing Assembly Lubricant to the drive shaft surface where the upper and lower tapered roller bearings will be located
2With tapered end of lower roller bearing facing down (toward pinion gear splines), slide lower tapered bearing over pinion gear end of drive shaft3Place bearing driver tool (Kent Moore J-5590) over pinion gearend of drive shaft and using press, seat lower tapered bearing on drive shaft
