i1.Atlach fuel enrichment valve and bracket assembly to powerhead with two boltsClean bolt threads with OCQU IC PR IMERT" (92-59327 1) and apply LOCTITE GRADE "A Torqu bolts to 60 lbin (6.7 Nm)Connect YELLOW BLACK WIRE and BLACK GROUND WIRE to terminal block 63Install starter motor with bolts and apply LOCTITE GRADE "A" to bolt threadsTorque bolts to 150 lbin (16.9 Nm)NOTE: Starter mounti ng bolts for holes (c) and (d) will be installed when oil tank is attached LOCTITE GRADEA" should be applied to these bolt threads also and bolts should be torqued to 150 lbin (16.9 Nm)64Attach yellow starter lead to starter with nu tBlack ground lead should be secu red to ground with mounting bolt
