45Install exhaust plate to powerhead (with gasket) using hex nuts and loc kwashersTorque hex nuts to 30 lbft(40.7 Nm) 47Add light oi to th reads of cy linder head bolls and install cylinder heads as shown Torque bolts to 180 lbin (20.3 Nm) fallowing to rque sequence shown

48Insta ll thermostat components, if removedinto cylinder bloc kClean bolt th reads with Locquic Primer (92-593271) and apply Loctite 242 (obtai locally) to attach ing bolts
