Powerhead Reassembly and Installation General Information
Before proceeding with powerhead reassembly, be
su re hat all pa rts to be re-used have been carefully
all bolts to 100 lbin following torque sequence, then ina ll 3) tighten all bolts to 150 lbin fo llowing torque sequence1If removed, press lower crankshaft ball bearing onto crankshaftNOTE: Press only on center of race when insta ll ing bea ringBe sure bea ring is pressed irm ly against cou nterweightReinstall retaining ring using suitable pair of Snap Ring Pliers
