ACAUTION
When disassembling rewind starter, SAFETY GLASSES must be worn in case spring should uncoil out of housing1Remove starter rope as outlined in "Starter Rope ReplacementRemoval" preceding 2With rope removed allow starter sheave (a) to slowly unwind to release spring tension
