2If Bearing Carrier Tool is not available, remove cap (a) from thrust hub (b)and use thrust hub to unthread bearing carrier (c) 4Pull propeller shaft and reverse gear from bearing carrier5Replace reverse gear if gear teeth or clutch teeth are chipped or worn6Replace bearing carrier bushing if area on propeller shaft that bushing contacts is pitted or worn or if bushing is worn or pittedPress bushing (a) and seal (b) from bearing carrier using Mandrel (c) (91-13656)Discard seal
