5Position alignment boss (a) of upper crankshaft roller bearing into notch (b) in cylinder block6Firmly press retaining ring (c) into groove in cylinder block and gently seat crankshaft assembly into position7Gently push seals inward to seat IMPORTANT: Split line of center main bearing sleeve halves, must align when crankcase cover is installed onto cylinder block
10Install remaining half of center main bearing sleeve (a) into crankcase cover
IMPORTANT: Apply Loctlte Master Gasket Sealant, following instructions supplied with Master Gasket kitAssemble crankcase cover to cylinder block without lateral movement
