5Carefully lift sheave (a) up approximately 1 in(13mm) and rotate sheave back and forth until rewind spring disengages from bottom of sheave 7If necessary, remove rewind spring (a) by holding rewind housing (spring facing down) on the floor and gently tap on the top of the housingThe rewind spring will fall from the confines of the spring brackets and unwind within the rewind housing
