FILLING THE OtL INJECTION SYSTEM WITH OIL Use Quicksilver 2-Cycle Outboard Oil which is NMMNBIA Certified TC-W IIIIf Quicksilver 2-Cycte Outboard Oil is not available, substitute major 2-cycle outboard manufacturers oil that is NMMN BIA Certified TC-W III or TC-W II123Fill the remote oil tank to the fill markRetighten the fill capFill the engine reservoir tank (a) with oilRetighten the fill capLoosen (12 turn) the engine reservoir tank fill capRun the engine until air from inside the remote oil hoses has been purged out of the reservoir and oil starts to flow out of the reservoir tankRetighten the fill cap
NOTE Quicksilver Accessory oil hose extension kit (4 1729A3) is available for the remote oi tankINSTALLING REMOTE OIL TANK HOSES TO ENGINE 12Remove (and discard) the shipping cap from hose fitting (a)Connect oil hose ("b" with blue stripe) to fitting as shownSecure with sta-strap
