Blown Fuse:
Fuse Not Blown:
Correct problem that caused fuse toblowReplace fuse
Connect Voltmeter REO lead 10 Poinl3 and BLACK lead to groundBattery voltage should be indicated
Check battery leads and REO leads
(between eogine starter motor soIenoid and Point 3) for poor connections or open circuits
No Voltage Indicated:
Battery Voltage Indicated: Connect Voltmeter
