Crankcase Cover Installation 1Thoroughly remove all oil from mating surfaces of crankcase cover and cylinder block with Loctite Primer 203 included in Master Gasket Kit (92- 12564-1)Install remaining crankcase cover (following torque sequence)
boltTighten end cap bolts to specified torque
LOWER END CAP BOLTS 85 lbin (9.6 Nm)
Remove All Oil
