aReconnect BLACK cable (wi th YELLOW sleeve) to starter solenoid Test
Point! bConnect voltmeter between common engine ground and Test Point 7cTurn ignition key to "Start" positionNo voltage reading: Check BLACK cable (with YELLOW sleeve) for poor connection or open circuil12 Volt Reading
If starter motor does not turn, check starter motorBattery Vollage
