Stator and ECU OVA Tests Stator and ECU DVA tests can be made using Quicksilver MultimelerDVA Tester 91-99750 and TPIICDM Harness Assembly 84-825207A1Connect the TPICDM Harness in series at CDM connectorAttach the appropriate DVA test leads to the TPICDM Harness as listed below:

OVA POSITION 400 OVA

OVA LEAD RED

TPICOM LEAD RED

VOLTAGE CRANKING

VOLTAGE 650-3000 RPM

VOLTAGE 4000-5500 RPM

BLACKTo GRO RED WHITE

ECU Trigger

BLACKTo GRO

IMPORTANT: Use the Quicksilver MultimeterDVA Tester 91-99750 to obtain comparable voltages as listed when testing the Litre ignition system
IMPORTANT: The TPICDM Harness BLACK lead is not ground when the TPICDM Harness is connected in series with COM connectorThe BLACK lead is the engine stop lead and should not be connected to the OVA BLACK lead as groundNOTE: The Litre CDM is charged by single stator coil whose efficiency is greatest (highest voltage) at low and mid-range RPM This efficiency (voltage) reduces as RPM increases above mid-range
