4Con nect throttle cables to cable drum in tiller handle and (while keeping throttle cables in their respective locating pockets) install tiller handle assembly onto bottom cowlSecure tiller arm with nuts and lockwashersTorque nuts to 70 Ib-in(8 Nm)
