Carburetor Removal and Installation
REMOVAL 1Disconnect fuel supply from engine2Remove the rewind starter3Disconnect the fuel hose and breather hose4Remove the two bolts securing the flame trap and carburetor to the intake manifold5Disconnect the choke cable and throttle linkage from the carburetorRemove carburetorINSTALLATION 1Reconnect the choke cable and throttle linkage2Install the carburetor as shown3Reinstall the fuel hose and breather hoseFasten the fuel hose with hose clampCarburetor Mounting Bolts Torque 70 lb-in(8 Nm)
