Ignition Components Removal and Installation Flywheel
REMOVAL
1Remove rewind starterRefer to Section 7A "Rewind Starter
Oesign 2
1Use trap wrench (a) to hold starter pu lley (b) Loosen fl yw heel nut ie) until nut is flush with end of rankshaft
CAUTION
Do not strike flywheel with hard object, as flywheel damage could occur
WARNING
Engine could possibly start when turning flywheel during removal and installationtherefore, disconnect spark plug leads to prevent engine from startingDesign 1
