9Aga in turn outboard over and pou appro ximately one teaspoon of eng ne il into spark plug opening Again rotate flywheel to distribute oil in cy linder 10Rein stall spark plug and float bowl cover11 Attempt to start engine, usi ng fresh fuel source If engi ne startsit shou ld be run for at least ne hour to eliminate any water in engine121f engine fails to start, determine cause (fuel, electrical or mechan ica l) DO NOT allow engine to remain idle for more than hours, as serious internal damage will occ urIf unable to start engine in this perioddisassemble engine and clean all parts and apply oil as soon as possible
